Nigella Seed (Black Seed) is a super-food and contains over 100 different constituents- including vitamins, minerals and a high concentration of Essential Fatty Acids.
Black Seed can be taken as a supplement on its own, or can be sprinkled on cereals, muesli and salads. It can also be added t breads and shakes.

These seeds are really nice. I've used them on cereal and in stir fries and they add a delicious, almost peppery, flavour to my food.
